    Fished from daylight to 11:15 today. Same pattern as previous trip, blue thunder tight lined around structure about 2ft deep. Had some decent size with big fish 1lb 8oz with a couple more just slightly less.

    Weird hearing those big whites being caught so shallow this time of year. I usually on find blacks that way. AND looks like they've been hugging bottom and or structure like its the spawn.
    I had some blacks like that not to long ago and Cldnt figure a reason for it.

    They don't have any choice but to be shallow, where i'm fishing the water wasn't over 4ft deep. Farm irrigation puts a hurtin on it during the summer...
