We did it - Warrior Dash 5K

Wasn't my idea. My sister-in-law talked us into it, and she's not even the crazy one. Wifey usually comes up with the idea of running various races, but this time it was my sister-in-law's fault. She got us to run in a 5k race full of obstacles! I mean full of "real" obstacles. Walking across a 4x4 10 feet up in the air. Swimming across a small but deep pond. Hills, rope ladders, fire pits, barbed wire, mud pits, a junk yard full of tires. It was crazy, but yes, after all was said and done, it was fun. I can't believe I said that. Even after taking a shower and finding mud where mud did not belong, ever!
Did I say that I ache all over! I'm afraid Tomorrow it's really going to hurt.
