• Early start to Speck season

    High water on the St. John’s River has fish roaming the shallow lakes earlier than normal. Catching limits longlining 1/16 and 1/32 jig heads with various plastics. I usually don’t find fish like this till Thanksgiving.





    this is my tshirt after boat lifting fish all morning. All the fish had mud on their bellies.
