    BUT ,highly variable is the bite .....
    sometimes it's slack lines , sometimes it pecks , sometimes it's a thump .....
    every day seems to be different ...
    without "watching" them on LS I can for sure still tell ya what they are up to in lot's of cases ....
    lot's of fish are liking the SLOWLY rising jig presentation currently .....
    it is working best to have some type of moving away from them going on or no bites ....
    and a few are taking it on the fall as well ....
    holding a jig still is not getting it done currently , just saying
    luck to ya on your next trip

      nice information outlaw TY. I am guilty as many of not exploring different depths once I decide on where they SHOULD be. especially in summer they can be in different depths of water including very shallow as my mentor's have shown me. need to be doing more vertical trolling as one good angler tells us on here. have had success recently doing that. sometimes they want it moving to get that reaction bite.
