I met up with Uncle Remus

I met up with Uncle Remus this morning for our annual birthday fishing trip. We hit the water shortly after 8:00. By 8:15, Uncle Remus already put 3 in the toon. The sun was shining bright, and the winds were light. The water temperature was 45 when we started. We ended up with 0ne perch ( Uncle Remus told me to look at all of the perch on the screen). And then he caught one! He had a big smile on his face. But wouldn't let me take his picture. Later on in the morning, he kept saying, " dumb jerk." he said he wasn't calling me that. But I was the only one fishing with him??? We fished until 12:30. Then, we headed back to the ramp. Final tally. One perch, 3 spotted bass, and 33 crappies. All the fish were caught on 1/8" ounce jigs. Thank you for taking me along with you today.
