• Texas Blacktailed crappie

    they were all just baby crappie and they were in numbers when I checked up on that location .
    soon the bigs will be in there though and in order to stay on bank crappie one must scout ones locations regularly , I was just scouting and 18 later on my lunch break it was pretty obvious the big black tails were not there
    that spot sure has lots of white crappie with black tails , interesting for sure

      Funny how the shorts always show up first. Here the big fish don't leave the deep water till temps start dropping along with the days getting shorter.
