    So I've been wanting to try my hand at making pork belly burnt ends, so I gave it a go today. Watched a few videos of course. Pretty simple and they came out spot on. Nobody was home so I took the pan around to a couple buddy's shops around town and got a pretty overwhelming "holy crappie those are good!"

      Yes, Yes, this is fine here. I have this on the list. My old smoker is made to produce smoke meat. Great post to put my feet to the fire and make some for us to munch.
