Lake Norman report

I got to go to Norman last weekend and again today. Today the weather was misty rain until 10 am then pretty windy, water temp 55-56. The fishing was slow, catching one here and there on deeper water docks. Most of the fish today were on the bigger side with only a few throw backs. Quit about 230 and ended up with 30 or so and kept 20.

Last weekend 3/16 the water was warmer 60-61 and fish were more shallow. We probably caught 50-60 Saturday and 50-60 Sunday. The Saturday fish were nice, the Sunday fish mostly small 8-9 inch stuff, but still fun to feel’em bite.
