We went home but Byford got his local fishing friend and now armed with local Intel from GA boys headed back to Lochloosa.
They had minnows and grass shrimp in case they got into brim but focused on specs.
Started out slowly but he and I had strategies of hunting and moving. Nothing at first stop so they headed up to area with half dozen boats where they saw them ketchn a few in the lily pads.
His buddy Dave would ketch one each time they moved then Byford started ketchn.
Ended up with good mess of 20 good specs and a brim. Not sure how many shorts as well.
Beautiful day he said and excited he finally got into the specs! First really good day he has this season.
Better yet NO PROBLEM WITH IMPULSE LITHIUM BATTERY!
