    Well, Slabeye invited me to come down & fish a few hours, yesterday, and since I haven't been in several months I jumped at the chance to put some meat in the fridge.

    Water temps ... ~76deg
    Water level ... close to Summer Pool
    Depth fished ... around 25ft +/-
    Baits I used ... Slabanator Devil Minners & Crappie Magnets

    We basically L-scoped deep flats looking for schools of fish in open water, picking off a few from each school that were willing to bite. Some bites were "thumps", others were "tics", and many were "just there" when the rod was lifted.

    Here's the results : (9.5" - 11" fish)
