Bill Badley and Denny Tittle. In the picture above they are actually holding their Florida State Championship Trophy where they came in second. The Championship is the results of the points race after the tournament held the prior week on the Harris Chain, and this tournament.
First place for the Florida State Championship was taken by Billy Williams and Scott Williams, pictured above.
Now this is fishing, check out the rig Paul Alpers runs. Got to love that. Pretty and functional. Plus it's fast, not that I've noticed!
I had to include a picure here of my buddy Dan Dannenmueller here and his fishing partner Steve Brown. They did not do bad. They came in 8th place.
Congrats to everyone that participated.
"Speckanator" made it to the weigh in. And so did "x racer". Turns out to be a small world indeed. They found out they have mutual friends. Well I guess we're all mutual friends here on crappie.com, aren't we! Specktaclure and speculator were also in attendance. Specktaclure said he had a tough time fishing the tournament, but he did make a good showing. It was sure good to see him. Better luck next time Bryan.
The Crappie Masters puts on a great show. Be sure to get out some time to see them, especially if they come to your neck of the woods. Heck, you never know, you may just want to enter one of their tournaments. It sure looks like a lot of fun. And there are a lot of us Crappie.com'ers that are involved. More than you might think. www.CrappieMasters.net
