    his Limitations! Thankfully, I was able to get my limit plus more while l/l'g along with two hefty Shad and a couple WIPERS! Man, both of those species put up a battle on Crappie gear(especially just after catching a Crappie!) Absolutely incredible conditions for a change, as I was outta there in just over 3.5 hours of steady pullage. Color didn't seem that important but 1.0 - 1.2 mph was my focus.       That's a full grown Shad? I have caught them over the years in the rivers here and thought small stripers or hybrid somethings. What a catch day!

      Actually, that is a Wiper...a White Bass/Striper hybrid. Refer to another recent post of mine for a Shad pic...
