Man, both of those species put up a battle on Crappie gear(especially just after catching a Crappie!)       That's a full grown Shad? I have caught them over the years in the rivers here and thought small stripers or hybrid somethings. What a catch day!

      Actually, that is a Wiper...a White Bass/Striper hybrid. Refer to another recent post of mine for a Shad pic...
