All fish were over 20 feet deep and were caught on 3/32 oz jigs with Bobby Garland plastics and the fish bit several different colors. Water temp was down to 85.5 with all the rain that we have had the last 24 hours and tva flowing 14,000 cfs. We fish along the man river drops to locate and catch our fish.
I kept 4 of the yellow bass to eat tonight and I noticed something about them that I never saw before. Underneath their lower jaw was colored up with a beautiful lavender color. I hope that you can tell by the pics. The pics doesnt do them justice. I had never paid attention to that before. They were schooling near where we were crappie fishing and we had fun with them for a few minutes.
We had 17 keepers and quit fishing at 9:30 am.
