SMITHVILLE THIS MORNING

Went this morning, to main lake area, where a few weeks ago I was able to catch a few crappie prior to the spawn and the last couple of weeks have gotten skunked. Just dinks. This morning went to same area and nothing, as I was leaving a different area I thought I would try some stumps and around the area and to my surprise the crappie were schooled up from 15 - 20 ft with shad,, my biggest was 12.75, smallest was 10 and one shellcracker. Had to leave around 12;40, 10 will make a nice ,meal.
