• Bluegills and one Shellcracker

    Biofisher and I got out around 10ish this morning for some bluegill fishing. Gary wanted a mess to take home. We ended up with 27 fish from 8-10” long. One Shellcracker that was10 and we had about 3 fish that were 9” long.

    Night crawlers in deep water around 15-17 feet deep. I caught 3 small channel catfish and one 2 lb drum.

      Pan fish are my #1 favorite and it's been probably 30 years since I've had any. I just haven't had a place to fish, anyone to go with, or a boat. I've been on many halibut and salmon charters in Alaska but it's not the same as catching these delicious little fish. I'm getting a jon boat and will be going out this spring. Anyone in northeast Ga wanting a fishing buddy, just hit me up; I'm retired.
