Posts seem to be getting a little negative. Here is some happiness from Saturday, midday fishing on Green River Lake:

I think the lake was 5-6' over summer pool on Saturday. Wind was gusting to 20+ mph. I had a blast fishing solo in 18-20 FOW. I would pull up to the brush. Catch a fish. Get blown back taking him off the hook. Fight the wind back to the brush pile & catch another one. Fished 2 spots: One directly in the wind & 1 a little more sheltered. Bite was good on jigs. I fished 4.5 hours.

Went back on Sunday after church & Easter dinner with my son, who was home from college and begging to go. We caught 10 keepers in an hour & half. Darkness & rain shut us down.

Have faith. The fish don't care if it is cold, windy, raining or flooding. Go fishing!
