I have had all the "stuff" to do it with for almost a year, but finally got a chance this past week while camping to give it a try. Me and my son had a blast. We didn't catch big numbers but did ok for getting our feet wet on this technique. Managed from 10-16 fish each day of the week on some morning fishing. It was worth it to see my son's face each time the rod tip went down. Just wanted to share.
That's one happy little dude. Good job Dad! If you haven't done it already try putting a small plastic bead on the line between the top two eyelets. It really makes a difference on noticing a light bite.
