Today was the very best day I've had pulling crank baits. This morning I'd set out to introduce a fellow crappie.com member how to pull cranks and by the end of the day he had become a pro. By the end of the day Mr Clicker was spanking me. We drove to Lake Malone started fishing around 8:30. Down rods at 6' and 8', long rods back 45' and 55'. Averaged 10" and best was 13". Kept one that was bleeding that went 9 1/2". Oh that every trip would be as sweet.

Fantastic day! going to get after it next couple of days and we shall see what works, going to pull, push and dip. But do love pulling cranks after doing it last summer for first time. WTG and that's how you do it!

Now he will be addicted. He will end up spending all his money on crankin' tackle. Next we will see him getting a new boat from BRM and a passel of b&m trolling rods, 3-400 assorted bandits, picks,ark8es and flicker shads. Then some ez poleholder rod holders and Brella holders, ultrex and 12 inch si depth finders. And it will all be your fault for getting him started.
