Hillsdale

Fished HD 3 days this week trying to get in as much fishing as possible before double knee surgery next thursday ....this only happened because of a hot tip from KsCrappie(Chad Ludke) and it was the best fishing I've had since last winter. We fished brushpiles in 18 fow and down 10-12 ft.....jig/minnow and maribou jigs in various colors worked well. Chad and I got our limits on friday and 38 keepers the other two days fishing with Doug Boydt and Steve Lobdell. Also met John Wells(a c.comer) and his wife on saturday. Hillsdale is the place to go right now with fish being caught all over the lake.....just find brush in 18 fow and also fish are being caught in the channels......big shad schools roaming the lake and the feedbag is on!
