My fishing granddaughter

My granddaughter that moved to Atlanta was my main fishing buddy. Her older brother was more into hunting with me that fishing. They live in a development that has a good size lake in it and I got her a rod and reel when the moved in. Kind of wondered if she would bother with fishing when I was not there to go with her.
I got this text from her today.



She had gone over to BPS (7 miles from her home) to buy some worms and sent this picture. She though it neat that you can buy worms from a vending machine 24 hours a day.(it sits outside the store) She got night crawlers. The box looks like a converted drink box complete with refrigeration.
I was tickled that she was going fishing on her own and I agree the bait box is somewhat unusual.

Well it turns out my granddaughter was teaching a girlfriend to fish. The girlfriends mom posted this picture on Facebook with the comment " Thank you Brianna for pushing her out of her comfort zone to experience something new."
