    We started just after daylight and from the time the first rod hit the water we were on fish. Fished in 12 to 14 ft of water on the flats off of the channel ledges pulling single 1/16 with number 5 split shots. Only kept fish that were ten inches or better before lunch and started keeping 11 inches or better after lunch. Color was anything dark and bright colored heads was the ticket.
