My biggest blue so far is 65#
I don't get much flathead action here on the lower James River. I have caught a few biggest being 23# The cell phone pic didn't turn out too well at night though.
No that the blue cats are spawning in the lower river I am going to be heading upriver past the fallline to target some flatties.

This fish was caught on cut skipjack and is my biggest bluecat to date (March 2012). I estimated the fish to weigh 38-40 lbs. After a few measurements (41" long x 30" girth) and photos the blue was released to fight again.
