A good friend taught me this

Jug of chicken livers
Vinegar (to harden em up a bit and to make em smell yummy)
Minced Garlic (to make em stink more)
Parmesan Cheese (to make em stink more)

Cut livers into proper portion sized pieces. Mix a little then put in fridge overnight.

Seems to work pretty well the 2 times I've tried it.
