Only been catfishing for other than bullheads a few years. Got the kool aide and chicken idea off the internet and it has been my best bait. I add a bit of gatlic to it also. Really liking catfishing, got a 5# one about a week ago on a low pro casting reel I set up just for bull heads. 6" med action Ugly Stick, 6# mono line and inexpensive Kastking low pro reel. worked great. 5# cat sure put up a fight on it!
