Thread: Area Chumming

Back in the day when I went catfishing, I would go to Aldi's and get a bunch of can of really cheap liver flavored cat food. When I got to the river, I'd put holes in the cans and toss them in the water in a circular pattern. Then I'd go fish for bluegills or crappie for a few hours. When I came back, I'd use chicken livers and murder them.

Anybody else try this method?

Haven’t used that method but have been chumming for many years.

I use sour corn sometimes, others I just use hogfeed pellets or range cubes

Bought a sack of range cubes For chumming a area I wanna catch some eating size cats.How well do they work??
