    Fishing rivers or lakes? What kind of bait? I have some jugs,, just need to find a place to fish them,,,

    We fish mostly rivers but have done lakes with success... And we use the pool noodles as jugs you can get em for a dollar a piece at dollar general and make 3 out of one! I love to use shad but they have got hard to come by lately so we use chicken gizzards

    We use the bad meat from when we kill a deer and soakin the fridge a couple days before we go with anise oil. We been wearing them out also.

    I got buddies who soak it in weenies and cheap cheap sirloin with success too

    Think I'll try dacus lake across the river in arkansas,, I have heard they do well this time of year.... At least catch some brim for bait....

    Try Bream or Perch if they are legal where you fish. It will catch all types of Catfish. Flatheads , Channels and Blues love live fish.
