Thread: Nor Cal Fishin Trip

I am going to be up in northern California in a couple of weeks. I will be in Corning fishing for salmon at Woodson Bridge. I want to stop at Black Butte Lake, and do some crappie fishin. Where are some good places to fish. What lures and colors do the crappie like. I will be bank fishin. Any help will be appreciated.

We are going to be pestering a pond near Corning next w/e for LM's top-water. There are some grand BG's there, but no crappie that we know of. Any interest?

I Will be getting up there sometimes Monday afternoon 25th. So I don't think it will work out. Thanks for the invite. Top water bass is fun Maybe next time.
