    Wink Last Week's Catch


    First up is an 8lb 4 oz Bass from the Delta (Mossdale Crossing Boat Launch). Caught on a Silver with Blue Back Cordel Rattle Spot on 6lb mono, light action Falcon 5.5' rod and Shimano Stradic 1000 reel.

    Second up are 3 crappie from McClure (HorseShoe Bend). Caught on Minnows, Blue Fox Vibrax Silver Spinner and a White Shad swim bait.

    The Bass pictures suck, but nobody was around to help so I did what I could. At least I have proof!

    Thanks. I realized my scales were still in the car so I ran, with her lipped, all the way to the car and back. It took about 10 mins to fully release her. I hold them until they are good and spunky. She sped off happily, no worse for the wear. Hopefully she'll tell her larger cousin to eat my lure next time

    Thanks DrNip. She was a chubby one. Definitely the biggest one I have ever caught. It figures nobody would be around
