Thread: Ultrex Remote Issue

Has anyone had this boot screen show up on your remote? I’ve gotten it a few times before and powering it off and back on usually fixed it. Today this was the all I could get the remote to show. I tried to pair it again with the “pair” option and it did not fix it.

Update: Finally got through to MK customer service on the phone and they said it’s a bad remote. They need to verify serial number and will ship another one out to me.
