RCC -- Let me know when you get done so I can drop my boat off for a few months. I wouldn't want you to get stir crazy or anything.
    Is winter over yet?

Thanks. I'm on the wiring pro staff

All I gotta say is "do whatever it takes to make it work without setting something on fire.

At one point today I had so much junk laying in the boat, it was like reading a find Waldo book to locate anything I needed. I finally got far enough along I just cleaned up and went to the lake to see if what I had done so far would work.

So far, I have only a few things that I will need to lick my calf over on. I like the Minnkota mka 47 mount. There is no slop in it and there is one thumb screw holding it in the run position. Loosening the thumb screw allows the motor to be slid back or even removed in a matter of 30 seconds or less. The thieves should love it except that minnkota thoughtfully built it so it can be locked on.

The Terrova 55 is just barely adequate for a boat this size, so it's gotta go. I had to run it on 6 to get up to crank bait speed which was probably eating up some battery big time. The 55 on the War eagle 542 (which will also be up for sale) would pull all day long on one Walmart battery.

Loading the boat was a little better today. Good thing cause it was slightly crowded at the ramp.

Here are more pics. The rod holders will be the next project.

Sonar pic from today. Looks like the sensitivity could roll down just a dab. I think the aliens have been making crop circles or creating some kind of art on the bottom of the lake.

After the other rig, it feels like a fellow would have room to dance. I thought the lights would put off a little romantic glow if the fish ain't biting. Beside monday will be 30 years for Carol and I. Romantic lights, side by side seating, 30 year anniversary, there may not be much fish being caught even if they are biting.
