Crappie on a crankbait

How do you plan on fishing them? Trolling is what most folks do. The ones you selected run awful shallow.

I've got a bunch of small plugs I got for ul bass and never used till last year. Went with a cousin to Ochoco Res for crappie and tries them on UL, worked great. Got a bunch of bass but no crappie. I'm still thinking they should work. Years ago I tried one of thoise origional Rapalas for trout in East Lake. They don't dive at all! Put a 1/2oz bead weight in front of it about 18" and hoioked the biggest trout I ever hooked down with the weight in bottom and the plug floating above it. Might work with these small floating plugs to put enough weight to take them down a bit.
