10 foot BnM Duck Commander Double Touch rear seat with a Mr. Crappie Solo reel has been good to me.

It don't hurt to pickup an old Uncle Bucks deluxe crappie rod.The telescoping one ,at least the 12ft'er. You can get and have better poles. But you can keep one of these in the boat in a hatch or behind the truck seat or pack it in to a remote pond or something. They ain't professional grade but hey they will catch a fish and they are cheap and easy to store.

I have been seeing quite a bit of information lately about the Huckabee rods. The fishing style that I use most often I think these rods would be the best that I could buy. To my knowledge there isn`t a rod on the market that has this length and the amount of backbone these have with there length being 10 and 11feet long. Kind of torn between the Dragger at 10 ft. and the Pro series at 11 ft. with them being in the MH weight. Leaning toward the Dragger but would like to see/fish with one first but that isn`t an option. Anyone have either of these that would like to comment?
