Son, I'm 73 and I have had that ailment since before I was your age; you just have to make your mind up to suffer with it and make the best of it because it may never go away.
You have my sympathy and I will pray that you never get rid of this terrible affliction. Remember, it can be contagious and later in life, your youngins may catch it from you.
