When I moved here I had to get used to some odd to me rules also. Who knows what side of the live well is who's? And how about if you take a kid fishing it's who set the hook not who reels it in. I wonder if you use a net who actually caught the fish??? And if I take my boat to my brothers lake house and fish with him I can't clean my fish there and take them with me back to the boat ramp.
