Is it legal? My buddy has several noodles with his MDC number on them in black marker... In the event that I was to borrow them, is it legal for me to add my number to his noodles in indelible marker. At the end of the day there would be two different numbers on the same noodles. We may or may not be fishing these noodles together on any given day. Will having a noodle marked with two different MDC no's. render him or me a citation? thanks, Bob
