Craig, thanks for your response. I have read about your statement concerning the problem with to many crappie in a small lake (200 acre). This lake has had a lot of quality crappie (10" - 16") for four or five years. I have just not been catching a lot of small crappie in the last year or two. Water levels have be up and down (mostly down) in the last few years so I was getting concerned. I live in North Central Oklahoma and have never seen a report (electric) on this lake. I do know they stock it with saugeye every few years. I have see the state put a lot of cedars in other lakes over the years. Thanks Again!
