I won't be much help to you on this request. I have not done any habitat work strictly focused on increasing crayfish habitat.

Check with your local fish bio as they may have usable information for you. Someone with more experience on your particular project lake, knowledge of the species of crayfish available, and current habitats available would have information more applicable to your project.
