That is what I thought but last time I said something to the a park ranger he said it was not up to Shawnee Co. the State has control of the lake now. I know many people that run into this problem at the lake. One was going to writen a ticket for using a throw net, becasue it was not allowed when the city had control of the lake, the ranger had no clue the rule changed lucky for him he called me and I had a name of one of the heads that told me it was ok, so the ranger called and no ticket was handed out.
