I just have a few questions for you about your complaints. You were complaining about the yo-yo fishermen, but dont they have just as much right to be in that area as you do. And the fish that they caught on these yo-yos were going to be kept for eating, so what is the huge deal if the fish were hanging out of the water for 10-15 minutes. And, even if a warden showed up, it is legal to fish yo-yos, and as long as the fishermen were within visual range or hearing range and the yo-yos were marked correctly, they were legal. I dont fish with yo-yos, but if someone else wants to, I think that they should be able to. As long as they follow the limits, it is no different than somebody catching a limit with a rod and reel.
