    Default Visited the nursery pond today


    Went out to Willow Beach and just like the last trip, wore the tater-chips out. I probably caught 20lbs worth of 6" crappie. Had 2 decent keepers, but decided to let 'em get caught another day. Slow trolling everywhere between 5' and 17' fow trying to find the big uns. The dinks must have followed me everywhere I went. Water temp was 64 degrees. Think I might try PW Monday morning.

    Same story on the Little Maumelle this morning. Biggest one was probably 6 inches...maybe. I've been catching nice crappie there so they gotta be somewhere.
