    Default Fishing Nimrod


    Hey Guys, Going camping/fishing at nimrod starting this friday. I have never been to this lake but have heard good things about it. I will be staying at Carter Cove camp ground. Was wondering if anyone could give me some clues on fishing this lake. Is there a lot of buckbrush? Thanks for any help.

    Heard of a few being caught around the buckbrush in the coves around by the hwy. My son wade fished this afternoon to the right from Carter Cove swimming area and he said he rolled up and lost one that would have pushed 2 lbs.
    He went and fished below the dam after dark and caught this!

    40 lb flathead!
