Trout fishing for trout is easy - corn, salmon eggs, any berkley baits, spinners etc. Fishing for the larger trout? Harder, and use bass fishing tackle mimicking shad and crawdads to hook the larger 20" and bigger ones IMO

Norfork is my home lake, from what I've fished Bull Shoals its ultra clear, light tackle lake for small mouth, Kentucky and largemouth, nothing out of the ordinary fishing for them except the adapting to clear water and lighter tackle.

We caught mostly flathead cats on our trips - excellent table fare catfish. We trot lined and jugged with live bream/perch.
