    Hey Hotdawg,

    I think it will. Can you tell me what year? I'll do some more checking. I run one like this on my 40 Yamaha and broke it 2 times. (Different brand) Found this one for my Dad and his 35hp Evinrude, but it put the tiller handle to far back.
