nimrod lake?

does anyone have any information on this lake ? my friend and i are on vacation the 2nd week of march, devoting it strictly to crappie fishing, we are going to hit up our favorite crappieholes here in paris,but we are also going to try new water as well, like blue mountain and since we are going to camp there we thought we would go to nimrod a couple of day and try it. since this is new waters to us thought i would ask? ty

Howdy crappiehog! Sry never fished Nimrod but if I can beat this cold, I plan on hitting Blue Mt. about the same time. I went for an hour out to Engineers Lake today the water is still frigid out there. Blue was up and muddy this week from reports but they are cathing a few over there. Hope you catch a basket full on vacation!

Check the feeder creeks for stage'n fish. If it's warm ,try the shallow north coves. I'm still netting so I have'nt tried the Crappie yet.
