Every day! I was scheduled to shoot an Arkansas Outdoors show with Phyllis Speer Monday and today and apparently the Weather Gods knew of our plans and don't like us very well. But we slipped out and fished in the rain for a couple hours yesterday afternoon and then went back out in the rain again this morning. It was in the low to mid thirties both days but fortunately there wasn't much wind. Self Creek Marina let us use one of their covered party barges today for a camera boat so we were finally able to get some taping done. Yesterday, we caught a 2-pound, 2-ounce crappie and 6.5-pound striper when it was raining too much run the camera. But we caught some nice ones today and they thought they got enough good footage for a show.

Phyllis is a riot to fish with and a real good angler. The wet and cold didn't dampen her spirits one bit. She's more used to trout fishing but caught on to our long-pole/slip-float system real quick. The show should air in February or March
