Smile Thanksgiving plans and what are you thankful for???

Hey Arkansas...just wanted to see what everyone had planned for Thanksgiving and hear what you were thankful for. We do have so much to be thankful for...sure things are bad in the economy...world is in turmoil...who knows what will happen in January...but things can ALWAYS get worse. Most of us have families and friends that love us and well....we always have crappie....although I seriously doubt they love nearly as much! :D

I'm going home to Arkadelphia...my family is from there...going to pick up a smoked turkey wednesday...probably visit with Agrihawg and his family that night...have thanksgiving at my nanna's thursday...then my folks house on friday night. At some point hopefully wet a hook...and maybe go to Bass Pro friday morning.

I'm really thankful for good friends...their support...and our young people. I know kids get SUCH a bad wrap now a days...but there are some good kids out there...and we have to be supportive of them...I know I get FED up sometimes with them....but we really do have some to be proud of..you just don't hear about them...you hear about the bad ones! Lets share what we are thankful for!
"But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.” Joshua 25:15

We will be in Hot Springs all day Thursday and then at deer camp on Friday with a second turkey day at my house here in Sheridan. Thursday, we will be eating the norm, but Friday, grilling rib-eyes!

I am thankful for my family's health, all the Dr.s at childrens that have saved my daughters life multiple times, the countless number of men and women who sacrifice their time and efforts and even sometimes their life to defend our country so I can set at this computer and type this. I am also thankful for good friends, a steady job and the falling gas prices

I have a Permit gun hunt on Camp Robinson on TH and Fri, that is where I will be, except for lunch on TH, will go to hotsprings to the in-laws that afternoon for turkey and fixin's. Then off to Paragould for the weekend with my folks and dad's side of the family (and maybe a duck hunt or 2)

I am thankfull for my family and friends who tolerate me all the time, and the most wonderful wife in the workd who puts up with all my stuff. Also, freedom, a steady job/income, the men and women serving our country, crappie.com, everybody on here... the list could go on for days, but these are the goodies.

Alittle fishing this morning, lunch with the family in Plain Dealing, La. and a nice evening with the wife and daughter!

And I'm always thankful that Jesus died on the cross for MY sins.

    God Bless you all!
