    Water temp 65 deg suspended @ 15 over 38 minnows dual rigged, same hook 1 north 1 south so they fight to swim

    That's a good idea: rigging minnows up-side-down to catch up-side-down crappie. How cool is that? :D

    Actually, I use a dual drop shot rig with minnows all the time, usually using only one rod. I likes it simple. Fifteen rods sticking out of the boat makes an otherwise relaxin' day into another day of work...especially if you are surprised by a brushpile and you have 13 of the 15 rods bowed double.

    Nope, I likes it simple. I even likes up-side-down crappie. They all eat the same. :D

    68 degrees? Heated lake? Temp on Oologah is 54 and 58 5' deep.

    Water temp is around 60. Beaver cools slower than Oologah because it's protected from the cold wind and it is deeper, however Oologah will warm quicker in the spring.

    a very good friend of mine gave it to me, in fact he's the bone head that really taught me to fish for these stinkin crappie. Since i met this dude my catch rate has doubled
