    Default Some borrow pit crappie


    A friend and I went to a private borrow pit on the Miss. river on a hunting lease that he hunts. We ended up with 30 crappie, a couple of bass and a few bluegill. We caught them on a blue and chartruese tube jig, 4 to 6 ft. deep early, and 9 to 12 ft. deep through the middle of the day. We had a really good time and will try them again tommorow.

    Bobby with a couple of nice ones.





    Really like fishing this time of year.

    A bad day of fishing
    beats a good day at work.
