drove past there sunday about noon , seen 3 or 4 trucks parked there. dont know about the fishing

say there bigfishin,crappie have started to pick up a little but have been on the small side.saw 1 man caught 4 nice ones the other day.one of his fish was 2.25 lbs.got me excited-went out and tried myself caught 1 good keeper rest were small.wont be long.bass have been fair and fairly finnacky best been on plastic worm.everything seems to be inbetween transitions now,have not seen anybody duplicate the big crappie.2-4 regulars coming in to try it every 4 days.its getting close-see you soon.

This is the time when my blood starts to really pump and start getting excited. Hope to be up there soon...

I went the day that Dan went. I spent about 4 hours out there, and was catching them as fast as I could keep the pole in the water. I got about 50 but the most of them were small. I did manage to keep about 20 good ones that would just fit in a small frying pan, and I gave those to a guy pulling out.

If you want a fast bite, you will have a blast right now. The biguns are not far away from moving in to the pool. Problem with this time of year is that they could be at 5 ft one day, 12 feet one day, and 3 feet the next.

Glad to see that they are starting to stack up in the pool. There should be more big 'uns come out of there soon. Hope it's going to be a good winter out there. Dano, you better be lookin' for me soon...

CEB, where in the world have you been? You still up in Jonesboro?

Not in J'town anymore. I was only there for the month of August...good thing since I didn't have anytime to fish. Now I'm settled back down in LR. Will be meeting Goocher out at Dano's ramp tomorrow morning...Lord help me.

good luck ceb post some pics so I can atleast look at some fish since I can't catch any over here in Turkey.
