    Default Nimrod is Heating Up!

CrappieKeeper and I went out today for a few hours this afternoon. We pulled nice slabs off of every brushpile that we hit. Pink/Chart. and Green/Chart. produced well but the bass minnows really worked good!

That's the best news I've heard in a long, long time! What depth worked best for you? 6-10 feet?

I've only fished the lake once in my adult life, but I know from some of my Daddy's exploits that it is a No. 1 Crappie hole!

Thanks for sharin' those chunky slabs!

Hi Arkie John! We were fishing about 9 feet deep in 10 to 11 feet of water on creek channel and river channel edges. Going back out in the morning to hit some spots that we didn't get to today.
They were pretty tight to the brush. Had to have brush on the graph to catch one.

Default You may see me there :D

I will be in my brothers tracker 16' stick-steer Panfish Special

Maybe with the front coming in that the specks will cooperate. Thanks for the tips. I'll let you know how I do.
